The AHC32816 Certificate III in Rural Operations is a nationally recognised qualification. This qualification provides an occupational outcome in agriculture, horticulture and conservation land management and at least one and up to four other related industries.
Depending on the units selected individuals will be able to seek employment not only in rural industries but also other industry sectors, such as local government, tourism, hospitality, transport, construction, information technology and metals.
Industry expects individuals with this qualification to perform tasks involving a broad range of skilled applications applied in a wide variety of contexts, which may involve application of some discretion and judgement in selecting equipment, services or contingency measures.
The AHC32816 Certificate III in Rural Operations comprises a total of 16 units of competency, 2 of which are classified as core units and 14 are electives. You must be deemed competent in all 16 units to attain the qualification. Your assessor will work with you to determine the most suitable electives
Core Industry Training offers the AHC32816 Certificate III in Rural Operations qualification via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). You can have your current experience, skills and knowledge assessed against the requirements of the qualification.
